Enthousiast damesrugbyteam zoekt nieuwe trainer/coach!
Voor het seizoen 2026-2027 zoeken 15 sportieve dames een gemotiveerde trainer/coach die met dit team wil gaan bouwen.
Wat ga je doen?
Als hoofdcoach van het damesrugbyteam:
- Leid en ontwikkel je een enthousiast damesteam vanaf komend seizoen verder;
- Draag je zorg voor een gedegen en interessante training voor de verschillende niveaus binnen het team;
- Draag je bij aan het uitbreiden van de aantallen speelsters;
- Ontwikkel je het team zodat jullie toe kunnen werken naar terug promoveren naar de 1e-klasse.
Dit alles doe je in goede samenwerking met de Technische Commissie en de Director of Rugby, waarmee je samen zorgt voor:
- Een inclusieve sfeer waarin alle speelsters op hun eigen niveau worden uitgedaagd, terwijl plezier en prestaties samengaan;
- Een positieve bijdrage aan de clubcultuur waarin iedereen welkom is, zich geaccepteerd voelt en graag meedoet.
Wie zoeken wij?
Je weet wat nodig is om onze doelen te bereiken, omdat:
- Je ervaring hebt met het trainen en coachen van een damesrugbyteam;
- Je gevoel hebt voor vrouwenrugby en de specifieke kenmerken daarvan;
- Je technisch, tactisch en strategisch sterk bent en dit op een constructieve manier kunt overbrengen;
- Je weet de veilige sfeer in de groep te behouden;
- Je beschikbaar bent op trainings- en wedstrijddagen.

Enthusiastic women’s rugby team looking for a new coach!
For the 2026-2027 season, 15 sporty women are looking for a motivated coach to build with this team.
What will you do?
As head coach of the women’s rugby team:
- Lead and further develop an enthusiastic women’s team from the coming season;
- Provide thorough and interesting training for the different levels within the team;
- Contribute to expanding the number of players;
- Develop the team so you can work towards promotion back to the 1st division.
You do all this in close cooperation with the Technical Committee and the Director of Rugby, together ensuring:
- An inclusive atmosphere in which all players are challenged at their own level, while enjoyment and performance go hand in hand;
- A positive contribution to the club culture in which everyone is welcome, feels accepted and is happy to participate.
Who are we looking for?
You know what it takes to achieve our goals, because:
- You have experience training and coaching a women’s rugby team;
- You have a feeling for women’s rugby and its specific characteristics;
- You are technically, tactically and strategically strong and can convey this in a constructive way;
- You know how to maintain the safe atmosphere within the group;
- You are available on training and match days.
